By accessing or using FurTag ("we", "us", "our") — including our website, QR pet tags, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

FurTag™ is a trading name of HiveFlock Technology Ltd.

2. Our services

FurTag provides QR-coded pet tags and a linked platform so that:

• You can register your pet and add contact and care information.
• Anyone who finds your lost pet can scan the tag with a smartphone to view your contact details (or a limited, finder-friendly view) and help reunite your pet with you.
• We may offer additional features (e.g. scan history, alerts) as described on our website.

3. Your account and information

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Providing accurate, current information for your pet(s) and contact details so finders can reach you.
• Ensuring your use of our services and the information you provide comply with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use our services to:

• Harass, deceive, or harm others, or promote illegal activity.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to pet safety and recovery as intended.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

5. Products and orders

Purchases of physical tags and other products are subject to the terms presented at checkout and our shipping and returns policy. We aim to describe products accurately; if you receive something that does not match the description, please contact us for a resolution.

6. Privacy

Your use of FurTag is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to that processing.

7. Disclaimers

Our services and tags are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every finder will scan the tag or that reunification will occur in every case. We are not liable for the actions of third parties (including finders or other users) or for events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurTag and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
