Refund Policy

1. Free QR tags

FurTag offers a free smart QR tag with every new account. Because the tag itself is free, only a flat shipping fee is charged. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the tag has been dispatched.

If your tag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@furtag.pet and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Subscription plans

FurTag Protect subscriptions (monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to Protect features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
  • For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund by contacting support@furtag.pet.

3. Additional tag orders

If you purchase additional tags, the same 14-day replacement policy applies for damaged or defective items. We cannot accept returns on personalised or used tags. If an order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation and full refund by emailing support@furtag.pet.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your order number and the reason for your request.
  • We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
