Shipping Policy

1. Tag pricing and shipping fees

Your first FurTag smart QR tag is completely free — you only pay a flat shipping fee to cover postage and handling. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Additional tags purchased later also include a per-item shipping fee displayed at checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services. FurTag is not responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is provided where available. You can check the status of your order from your account dashboard. Not all shipping methods include tracking — if tracking is unavailable, your confirmation email will let you know.

5. Lost or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@furtag.pet and we will investigate. If we confirm that your order was lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Customs and import duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
